Job Summary
Implementation Consultant responsible for end-to-end implementation of OpenGov solutions for public sector clients, serving as the primary technical contact, gathering data requirements, configuring the platform, training administrators, guiding customers through deployment, understanding governmental processes across states, collaborating with cross-functional teams to simplify and automate workflows, gathering feedback for product discussions, and contributing to delivery efficiency while mentoring teammates.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in public sector or software implementation consulting
- strong knowledge in data analysis and governmental concepts
- experience training customers on software solutions
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup)
- ability to work in fast-paced environment and adapt to product changes
