Job Summary
Lead implementation projects from start to finish, orchestrating internal resources to ensure seamless transitions to the Employment Hero platform for clients. Design and deliver bespoke Payroll and HR workshop content, providing specialized training on advanced implementations while responding to customer queries within SLA. Act as a central point of contact for stakeholders, driving growth, identifying upsell opportunities, and transforming client satisfaction into brand advocacy. Manage a portfolio of high-value projects while collaborating with HR and Payroll teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. Continuously review delivery processes to contribute to strategic continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of implementation and training experience
- Expert knowledge of current legislative payroll requirements in the UK
- Payroll or HR Implementations experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional time management skills
