Job Summary
Implementation Consultant for Sofico's Miles ERP in automotive finance/leasing, responsible for designing, configuring, and delivering tailored solutions; analyze and refine customer requirements into detailed functional and system specifications; assess Miles functionality and propose solution directions; develop, document, and test configuration designs; ensure timely delivery and handover; support data migration, document management, and reporting; collaborate with Product Managers to align with the product roadmap; requires business fluency in English and experience in configuration/implementation consulting, with knowledge of the software implementation lifecycle; hybrid work arrangement in Ghent, Belgium.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a configuration or implementation consulting role
- Familiar with software implementation lifecycle
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Proficiency in system configuration, testing, and documentation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in customer engagement and providing consultative support
- Familiarity with ERP software solutions in the automotive or financial services sectors is a plus
