Implementation Consultant

Implementation Consultant to partner with clients on deploying Salesforce solutions end-to-end, including requirements gathering, solution configuration, data migration, testing, training, and go-live support. Role involves delivering client demonstrations, creating training materials, documenting processes, coordinating with architects, developers, and project managers, and ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Ideal candidate is early-career Salesforce professional who enjoys problem-solving, client interaction, and rapid learning in a fast-paced consulting environment. Responsibilities span discovery, requirement documentation, configuration, testing (functional and UAT), data validation, user guides, post-implementation support, and opportunities for process improvements. Strong verbal and written communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, customer-focused environment are essential; Salesforce certifications are a plus and may be pursued within six months of hire.
