Implementation Consultant

Implementation Consultant responsible for leading customer enablement and translating complex business needs into scalable system configurations. You will guide enterprise clients through workshops, specification agreements, and data workflow modernization, act as a trusted advisor on best practices for software implementation, author functional specifications and test cases, manage multiple client engagements, mentor junior team members, facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Product/R&D, Developers, and Project Managers, and lead client workshops with both in-person and remote enablement materials. The role emphasizes technical consulting, data handling standards, data migration and integration patterns, and adherence to SOPs and quality assurance throughout the implementation lifecycle. Willingness to travel to office locations and customer engagements as required. Training and enablement, governance, and process improvement are also key components of the position. Requirements include a 4-year degree and prior experience in professional services delivery or software implementation, with healthcare or regulated enterprise environments being a plus. Remote/hybrid work arrangement is indicated as Hybrid in Guadalajara, MX.
