Job Summary
Configure and customize IntelliDealer solutions for new and existing clients, aligning system setups with operational workflows. Lead workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements, then validate converted data and execute test scenarios to ensure go-live readiness. Facilitate transitions from legacy systems and conduct post-go-live follow-ups to drive adoption and identify optimization opportunities. Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate progress to internal teams while collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Project Management. Travel up to 10% as needed, with occasional off-hours or weekend work. Join a growing organization shaping the future of heavy equipment technology post-acquisition.
Required Qualifications
- Experience implementing ERP, DMS, or enterprise software solutions
- Strong customer-facing consulting and communication skills
- Ability to translate business needs into system configurations
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with data, workflows, and business processes
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Travel up to 10%, as needed
- Occasional off-hours or weekend work with advance notice
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with IntelliDealer or similar dealer management platforms
- Heavy equipment, rental, or industrial industry experience
- Practical accounting or financial systems knowledge
- Experience with data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or similar)
