Job Summary
Lead end-to-end implementation projects for procurement and financial solutions from initiation through go-live. Analyze client requirements and translate business needs into effective system configurations, specifically for Procure-to-Pay processes, workflows, and business rules. Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, user acceptance testing, and training while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery. Support integrations with external applications via APIs, web services, and data interfaces, and develop implementation-related configurations, scripts, and documentation. Address implementation challenges by offering sustainable technical and functional solutions to drive client adoption and operational transition. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ jaar ervaring als Implementatieconsultant, Functioneel Consultant, Solution Consultant of in een vergelijkbare klantgerichte functie
- Sterk inzicht in inkoop-, financiële- en Procure-to-Pay (P2P)-processen
- Praktische ervaring met de implementatie van enterprise softwareoplossingen en klantimplementaties
- Ervaring met het verzamelen, documenteren en vertalen van bedrijfsvereisten naar systeemoplossingen
- Sterke stakeholdermanagement- en klantcommunicatievaardigheden
- Ervaring met samenwerking tussen zakelijke en technische teams gedurende volledige projectlevenscycli
- Praktische ervaring met SQL en data-analyseactiviteiten
- Kennis van scripttalen zoals JavaScript, Python, PowerShell of vergelijkbaar
- Ervaring met REST/SOAP-webservices, API-integraties en systeemintegratieconcepten
- Kennis van datamigratie, workflowconfiguratie en implementaties van enterprise applicaties
- Professionele beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal
- Implementatieprojecten zelfstandig aan te sturen van planning tot succesvolle livegang
- Complexe bedrijfsvereisten te vertalen naar schaalbare en effectieve systeemconfiguraties
- Inkoop- en financiële workflows te configureren en optimaliseren op basis van klantbehoeften
- Implementatie-, integratie- en datagerelateerde uitdagingen te analyseren en op te lossen
- Gebruikerstrainingen te verzorgen en klantadoptie te ondersteunen
- Meerdere prioriteiten en implementatieactiviteiten effectief te beheren in een dynamische omgeving
- Sterke relaties op te bouwen met klanten, stakeholders en interne teams
- Effectief te communiceren met zowel technische als niet-technische doelgroepen
