Implementation Consultant I- Safety (Occupational Health)

Job Summary
Implementation Consultant I for Cority's EHS+ platform, focused on client-driven project implementations. Responsibilities include leading and supporting implementations per the defined methodology, configuring the application, training clients, performing testing, and note-taking. Collaborates with Project Management, Implementation Consultants, and Technical Consultants to form a cohesive team, supports other departments (Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Engineering, Product), and plans project delivery with timely interventions when milestones slip. Requires close interaction with client teams and Cority Project Manager, updating timesheets daily, and participating in the Cority PS Peer Training program. Travel is expected with predominantly remote work. Ideal candidate holds a university degree in IT/OH&S/Industrial Hygiene/Environmental Science/Sustainability/Ergonomics/Quality Management or related field, with 1-3 years of experience and one Essentials CIM/Agile CIM implementation and one CIM/Agile CIM implementation; CIH/CSP/CSRP/COHN designations are a plus; bilingualism is an asset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Information Technology, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Ergonomics, Quality Management, or related field
- 1-3 years experience in implementation consulting or related role
- Professional designations preferred (CIH, CSP, CSRP, COHN) or equivalent
- Bilingualism is an asset
