Job Summary
Lead full implementation of HRIS/payroll solutions for clients from kick-off to go-live, configuring the system to meet client requirements and providing training to ensure user adoption. Collaborate with Sales, Payroll, and Product teams to understand business needs, manage project milestones, and clearly communicate timelines and deliverables. Ability to troubleshoot technical or process issues during implementation, maintain project documentation, and facilitate a smooth transition to ongoing support. Must excel in client-facing communication, problem-solving, detail-oriented data analysis, and prioritization to balance multiple client accounts through the implementation lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of experience/education
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- HR/Payroll outsourcing industry knowledge
- Proficiency in payroll and HR software; ability to learn new systems
- Strong understanding of payroll and HR processes, regulations, and compliance
- Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and adaptability to learn other applications
Desired Qualifications
