Job Summary
Lead multiple customer implementation projects simultaneously by combining deep product expertise with project management discipline. Own implementation projects end-to-end: provide comprehensive project plans, define milestones, and drive partner implementations to on-time go-live and time-to-value targets. Drive weekly cadence, manage dependencies, risks, and scope changes while acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for ISV partners. Clarify requirements, provide best practices, and translate customer feedback into product insights for Engineering and Product teams. Build repeatable playbooks to refine the implementation motion within the ISV partner segment. Requires 3-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS or payments, with a Bachelor's degree.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors
- 3-8 years of experience as a customer facing implementation consultant, managed services consultant, technical project manager or other technology consulting role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
