Job Summary
Conduct discovery workshops with customers and partners to build and implement customer-specific CPQ models that optimize sales and product configuration processes. Create user stories, estimates, and solution designs while ensuring quality and client satisfaction throughout implementations. Identify and resolve bottlenecks, collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams for smooth handoffs, and coach other team members to foster a culture of accountability and innovation. Requires 5+ years leading CPQ implementations with expertise in ERP systems like Dynamics 365 and SAP. Located in Veenendaal.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in leading (big) CPQ implementations
- In depth knowledge on, and experience with ERP manufacturing (e.g., Dynamics 365, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of solution architecture, business process mapping, and system integrations
- Strong hands-on implementation and configuration experience with Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) software, such as PROS, Oracle CPQ, Salesforce CPQ, Infor CPQ or equivalent
- CPQ consulting expertise with a demonstrated track record of successful implementations
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, F&O, BC, CE, AX, NAV, or Salesforce
- Proven ability to excel in a customer facing environment
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work with people, environments, cultures
- Strong organization skills
- Excellent ability to gather and define requirements and simplify processes using technology
- Analytical mindset and skills
- Ability to work with generic and abstract models
- Committed to teamwork and collaboration
Desired Qualifications
- English required
- Dutch preferred
- Web scripting knowledge is a plus
- Working skills with SQL, FetchXML, O-data queries and advanced Excel formulas and functions
