Job Summary
Onboarding & Implementation Consultant responsible for efficient onboarding across all platforms, including customer discovery, desired-outcome creation, success planning, and in-depth platform training; perform back-office onboarding activities such as new account activations and platform configuration; manage onboarding KPIs, time to value, and customer satisfaction; articulate customer outcomes into Cision deliverables; collaborate with internal partners to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding to customer success; engage customers throughout onboarding to ensure a world-class experience; work cross-functionally with all customer-facing roles to deliver tailored guidance and adoption of Cision platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree preferred
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Customer Success software is desirable
