Implementation Consultant - Billing

Job Summary
Implementation Consultant - Enterprise SaaS Software for Zuora Billing and CPQ implementations. Responsible for solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment across enterprise customers, collaborating with Solution Architects, Technical Consultants, customers, and cross-functional teams. Tasks include requirements gathering, documentation (functional and technical), API integrations, workflows, and ensuring best practices to enable seamless deployments and release cycles. Requires Costa Rica office presence (Heredia) with multiple office days and some remote flexibility; 25% travel for on-site customer engagements in North America and Canada. Candidate should have 3 to 5+ years of experience in enterprise software implementations, strong customer-facing analytical skills, and familiarity with CRM/ERP integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP, Workday). Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, data migration strategies, and experience across the full implementation lifecycle. Nice-to-haves include experience in Quote-to-Cash, Order-to-Revenue, Billing, CPQ, or subscription management, and APIs for system integrations.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in consulting for Enterprise Software implementations
- Experience working in all stages of the implementation lifecycle
- Strong analytical skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Experience gathering requirements from customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to provide fit/gap analysis and document requirements
- Experience working with enterprise-level customers in complex project implementations
- Familiarity with coding or scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or SQL
