Job Summary
Lead all aspects of SaaS implementation projects for Athennian, including onboarding training, solution configuration, data migration, and change management initiatives. Map and validate complex data from legacy systems, uncover operational needs through workshops, and collaborate with Sales and CSMs to ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery. Drive detailed project plans, resource forecasting, go-live readiness, and an exceptional customer experience while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery and successful user adoption.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing implementation or project management role within a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex implementation projects from initiation to completion
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to mitigate churn
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and align客户 expectations with delivery teams
