Job Summary

Implementation Consultant at Corebridge Financial responsible for onboarding new plans, transfer plans, and internal conversions; will lead all elements of implementation, including scope analysis and coordination with multiple internal and external parties. Acts as a proactive, strategic consultant to partners by communicating the implementation plan, scheduling, tracking, and reporting to all stakeholders. Works closely with Relationship Manager, Account Manager, and internal partners to ensure a smooth transition; leads kickoff meetings, facilitates weekly meetings with plan sponsors, outside consultants, TPAs, vendors, and internal SMEs; develops and maintains detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring milestones and success criteria are met by the agreed effective date. Identifies and resolves issues surfaced during duties; tracks implementation activity in internal databases and reporting tools; conducts lessons learned for continuous improvement; contributes to plans to improve customer satisfaction and overall quality; identifies out-of-scope services and escalates as needed to ensure pricing coverage. This role emphasizes proactive issue management, customer service excellence in Implementation, and collaboration on training needs and team improvements. The position is based in Houston, TX with a hybrid work arrangement; responsibilities may include travel up to 25%. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Extensive project management experience
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation)
  • Proficient with computer software
  • Ability to analyze data, identify root cause, and propose solutions
  • Ability to work independently within a team and make decisions aligned with client requirements
  • Professional designation such as CEBS or ASPA is preferred but not required
