Job Summary
Configure and support technical back-end requirements for client implementation projects, including batch processing, data exporting/importing, and user acceptance testing. Partner with internal teams and clients to define project-specific configurations while maintaining compliance standards and managing change control processes. Monitor batch processes, resolve errors promptly, and document software bugs for troubleshooting. Deploy and manage FINBOA solutions within Azure environments, ensuring compatibility with marketplace containerization. Develop and maintain technical documentation and contribute to the internal knowledge base. Use project management tools to track tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 3+ years in customer-facing roles, such as technical support or customer success
- 2+ years of experience in a SaaS environment, focusing on back-end support
- Strong SQL skills, including writing and optimizing complex queries
- Experience with Azure cloud services and implementing Azure-based solutions
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting expertise with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in task prioritization and agile methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and certifications
- Experience in banking or fintech, especially familiarity with Reg E Dispute management processes
- Experience with project management tools like Asana
