Job Summary
Build templates, configure system settings, and maintain accurate records to support seamless onboarding and data migrations for new customers. Manage the migrations inbox by triaging inbound queries and coordinating data export requests while liaising with third-party vendors to gather information and align on timelines. Attend client meetings in French and English to capture requirements and advise on the migration process, ensuring plans remain up to date in HubSpot and Jira. Own key coordination tasks for French-language engagements, proactively flagging delays and standardizing workflows. This role focuses on driving impact at the enterprise level within Semble's UK market leader in private primary care, supporting both implementation and migration workstreams.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing operations role
- ideally within SaaS or implementation support
- Basic understanding of different data formats (e.g. CSV)
- familiarity with database structures
- A process driven mindset that thrives on structure and creating scalable, repeatable workflows
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently and concurrently
- Customer oriented, always striving for the best outcome for the customer and empathising with their needs
- A detail-oriented person who ensures accuracy in all documentation and tasks
- Strong documentation and workflow creation skills
- ability to standardise processes for scalability
- A problem solver who proactively identifies process pain points and finds innovative solutions
- Ability to collaborate across teams, acting as a bridge between them (CSMs, Implementation and Product)
