Job Summary
Implementation Associate at HelioCampus supporting multiple product lines (Labor Cost Analytics, Data Analytics, and Assessment & Credentialing). You will research and organize large sets of higher education labor data, map and audit data for cross-consortium consistency, lead migration and subgrouping processes, and provide oversight/training to the Research Associate team. Collaborate with development to drive product enhancements, contribute to Self Studies and Outcome Sets, assist with client onboarding and training, and communicate needs via Jira. Requires a bachelor’s degree and strong data, research, and collaboration skills; remote-first role with occasional travel to an office or client site in Bethesda, MD or Chapel Hill, NC.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Basic knowledge of university operational and finance related functions
- Ability to interact with and effectively work with multiple team members
- Energetic and eager to take initiative in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks without compromising quality
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication and time management
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
