Job Summary
The Implementation Associate will manage the execution of enterprise pharmaceutical client implementations from kickoff through go-live and post-live stabilization. Responsibilities include project management for multiple concurrent implementations, confirming progress with technical teams, leading client-facing meetings, and building trusted relationships with key stakeholders. A successful candidate will have 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong written communication skills, and the ability to understand technical details without being an engineer.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in implementation, technical project management, or client-facing SaaS
- Comfortable presenting to and managing senior client stakeholders
- Strong written communication
- Technical aptitude: understanding data models and system configurations
- Experience navigating and holding delivery boundaries
Desired Qualifications
- Healthcare, life sciences, or specialty pharma experience is a plus
- Genuine curiosity about the space
- Proficiency with project management tools and JIRA
- Experience with Smartsheet, Notion, or similar platforms
