Job Summary

Assist in planning and executing project tasks; coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless implementation; maintain project schedules and track progress; prepare and update project documentation; liaise between project stakeholders, team members, and clients; facilitate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes; address client queries and provide regular updates on project status; collect, analyze, and report on project data; assist in developing training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users; provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users during and after implementation; monitor activities for quality standards; identify potential issues and work with the team to implement corrective actions; assist in configuring and testing new systems or processes; ensure technical specifications are met and troubleshoot issues; support the implementation Manager for Europe with new business implementations; maintain excellent customer care from inception to aftercare; work with internal and external stakeholders; basic understanding of database management and data analysis tools; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project); strong communication and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality; problem-solving under pressure; educated to a good level in Mathematics and English.
