Job Summary
Drive and manage new customer implementations from start to finish. Be the primary technical point of contact for new customers deploying OpenGov, or expanding to implement additional functionality. Guide government leaders through data requirements, platform configuration, and administrator training to ensure a smooth implementation and maximum value from the OpenGov platform. Understand customer pain points and partner with cross-functional teams to simplify, enhance and automate existing processes that will improve customer workflow. Become an expert in governmental processes across multiple states and support consistent customer experiences and successful training for new customers. Leverage best practices for data environments and communicate customer feedback to ensure OpenGov remains a must-have solution.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience of software implementation consulting or transferrable work with external clients preferred
