Job Summary

Lead new partner onboarding from kickoff through go-live as the primary point of contact, guiding clients through high-stakes transitions with clear communication and project coordination. Maintain, update, and optimize onboarding workflows and templates within the third-party client onboarding platform while managing user roles, permissions, and access. Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Filing Services teams to deliver a seamless experience, identify automation opportunities as partner volume scales, and support API and connector integrations. Document workflows and configurations to maintain operational clarity. This hybrid role dedicates roughly 50–70% of time to hands-on onboarding and 30–50% to system administration, reporting to the Implementation Manager in a supportive environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of SaaS implementation experience
  • Proven project coordination skills
  • 3+ years of technical support experience
  • Hands-on system configuration experience
  • Workflow design experience
  • Strong client-facing communication skills
  • Written communication skills
  • Verbal communication skills
  • Ability to guide partners through complex transitions
  • Clarity in communication
  • Professionalism in communication
  • Experience with API and connector integrations
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
