Job Summary
Lead complex implementation projects from start to finish, analyzing document processes and translating them into scalable solutions. Act as the trusted advisor to clients on operational and management levels, guiding organizations through service-oriented live transitions and post-launch support. Train end users to ensure maximum software adoption while managing project planning, quality, and client satisfaction. Coach junior and medior consultants, share knowledge actively, and identify commercial opportunities within existing client relationships. Work hybrid between client sites and our offices in Breda, Zoetermeer, and Milton Keynes, leveraging AI-driven functionalities to improve internal consultancy processes.
Required Qualifications
- HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau, richting IT, Bedrijfskundige IT, Economie of vergelijkbaar
- Minimaal 4 tot 6 jaar ervaring met software-implementaties
- Ervaring met projectleiding en stakeholdermanagement
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden (Nederlands én Engels)
- Analytisch, resultaatgericht en commercieel bewust
- Ervaring met SaaS-oplossingen
