Job Summary
Manage service contracts, including public administration and subcontracting agreements, by reading, analyzing, and interpreting their contents daily. Enter contracts into the FreeWay system and record performance estimates in EasyPlan, ensuring accurate data entry and adherence to deadlines. Handle active invoicing, including issuing invoices and credit notes while managing various VAT regimes, and report on interventions related to alarms and inspections. Process a volume of approximately 15 contracts per day with precision. Requires 2-3 years of experience in contract offices or billing, a high school diploma, and basic Excel skills. Full-time Monday to Friday schedule with flexible start times.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in contract offices, active invoicing, sales administration, or commercial back office
- High school diploma (preferably Accounting or degree)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (use of basic formulas)
- Basic knowledge of public and private procurement discipline and related administrative documentation
- Ability to read, analyze, and understand service contracts, including contracts for sub-contracting and contracts with the Public Administration
- Ability to insert contracts into the FreeWay system
- Ability to insert performance data into the EasyPlan system
- Ability to manage a medium volume of approximately 15 contracts per day with precision and respect for deadlines
- Correct management of different VAT regimes within invoicing activities
- Ability to render reports regarding interventions related to alarms and inspections
- Good ability to understand and analyze contractual documentation
