Job Summary
Prepare job advertisements, conduct selection interviews and CV screenings, actively manage recruitment searches while interfacing with relevant APLs, and maintain the company database and management system. Requires a high school diploma or university degree, with HR experience preferred. Full-time 38-hour schedule from 8:00 to 17:00 with lunch break. This temporary maternity replacement role is offered by The Gull, a non-profit social cooperative operating for over 35 years in Pontevico, providing professional care services.
