Job Summary
Contact customers unable to secure life insurance through core panels via telephone to provide alternative solutions and arrange policies in line with the sales process. Overcome customer concerns by selling product benefits while performing fact-finding and retaining detailed product knowledge. Achieve consistent daily sales targets through outbound communication and negotiation within a fast-paced environment. This role supports Reassured's outbound B2C sales model, which arranges over 15,000 new customer life insurance policies monthly.
