Job Summary
Senior Finance Manager, Global Immunology R&D and Commercial Strategy, based in Spring House, PA or Titusville, NJ. Lead finance support across Immunology disease areas (Gastrointestinal, Dermatology, Rheumatology, Respiratory) including Icotrokinra and other early-stage assets. Serve as the Immunology Finance single point of contact and thought leader for portfolio consolidation across close, forecast cycles, LRFP, and valuations, while developing strategic analyses to support business cases. Collaborate with the Immunology Senior Finance Director and cross-functional teams to ensure an efficient, lean operation of clinical programs to achieve financial targets. Support business development and portfolio-enabling projects to deliver value-creating deals. Develop and coach four senior financial analysts and drive transformation of the finance organization through analytics and decision support. Facilitate collaboration across the broader TA team and IM R&D Finance to meet business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or business required
- MBA or master’s in Finance/Analytics preferred
- Minimum 8 years of Finance or relevant business experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) required
- Experience with advanced data analytics tools preferred
- Strong storytelling and ability to present financial content to non-financial audiences
- Proven ability to partner with leaders and influence at all levels
- Experience leading teams in a complex, virtual environment
- At least 2 years of people management experience
