Immunization Coordinator (Poway/Lakeside)

Validate immunization data for eClinicalWorks, the California Immunization Registry, and patient cards to ensure accuracy. Collaborate with the immunization team to identify correct vaccines, dosages, and order requirements. Administer injections and vaccination information sheets to patients while scheduling appointments and managing recall lists. Monitor inventory, check expiration dates, maintain temperature logs, and perform bi-weekly counts. Provide quarterly in-services to medical assistant staff and generate management reports. Float to other clinics as needed to support the immunization program. Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with alternating locations in Poway and Lakeside.
