Job Summary
Manage residential properties professionally and independently, serving as the primary contact for owners, asset managers, tenants, and external service providers. Distribute orders to technical and infrastructural vendors in close coordination with the leasing team while preparing and chairing owners' assemblies. Execute timely administrative procedures, maintain property and master data in management software, and oversee rent collection and claims management. Process insurance claims and handle all external inquiries efficiently. This role requires a certified real estate professional with experience in independent property management. Flexible working hours and home office options are available.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Immobilienkaufmann (m/w/) und/oder Immobilienfachwirt (m/w/) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung in der eigenverantwortlichen Betreuung von Immobilien
Desired Qualifications
- Kenntnisse im Mietrecht von Vorteil
- Routinierter und versierter Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen
- Fähigkeit zur konstruktiven und teamorientierten Zusammenarbeit sowie Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten
