Job Summary
Manage own and external real estate portfolios through independent, holistic property management. Handle tenant, authority, and external service provider contacts while drafting contracts, managing lease transitions, and overseeing repairs. Evaluate rent increase potential and prepare utility and heating cost statements. Requires successful property or finance education, two years of relevant experience, knowledge of tenancy law, and proficiency in property management software and Mac OS. Full-time position with a competitive salary and potential for leadership growth. Located in Neumarkt with a family-oriented culture and flat hierarchy.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung / Studium im Immobilien- oder Finanzbereich
- Mindestens zwei Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienverwaltung
- Ein hohes Maß an Engagement, Eigeninitiative und Belastbarkeit
- Kentnisse im Mietrecht
- Eigenständiges, zielorientiertes, strukturiertes und genaues Arbeiten
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit Hausverwaltungssoftware
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Mac OS Anwendungen
- Führerschein der Klasse B
