Job Summary
Manage and maintain property portfolios to ensure optimal performance and value retention while overseeing leasing activities and coordinating renovations and repairs. Conduct tenant and owner communication, manage property handovers during acquisitions, sales, and leasing, and procure expert opinions and services. Build and maintain trusted relationships with tenants, owners, and service providers. Requires a driver's license, MS Office proficiency, and strong German communication skills. Full-time role with no home office permitted. Benefits include a company car, laptop, and phone.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Immobilienwirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängigen Immobilienverwaltungssoftware
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift auf Deutsch
- Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Maß an Leistungsbereitschaft
- Teamfähigkeit und ein freundliches Auftreten
- Führerschein erforderlich
