Job Summary
Conduct market analyses to determine property values and manage acquisition and support of property lists and offers. Guide clients through the entire purchase or sale process while planning and organizing property viewings. Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients and develop sales strategies to effectively market the inventory. Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and other market participants while working independently. Requires a valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one, Class B driver's license, and extensive knowledge of the Cologne market. Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung als Immobilienmakler:in oder in einer ähnlichen Position im Immobiliensektor
- Umfassende Kenntnisse des Kölner Immobilienmarktes
- Ausgezeichnete Verkaufs-, Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

- Ein hohes Maß an Professionalität und Kundenorientierung
