Job Summary
Conduct sales and leasing of residential and commercial properties while preparing purchase contracts and coordinating clients to notarial appointments. Manage property viewings, create listings and photos, and advise owners and potential buyers on market developments. Identify sales opportunities and proactively follow up with interested parties to close deals. Requires a completed real estate agent qualification, relevant sales experience, and a Class B driver's license. Based in Bad Zwischenahn with competitive pay, monthly allowances, and training opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Immobilienkaufmann/-frau (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im Immobilienvertrieb
- Führerschein Klasse B
