Job Summary
Manage the "Announcement and Reconciliation" team to ensure modernization projects across Germany are legally secure, transparent, and professionally executed for tenants. Design operational concepts, standards, and processes while guaranteeing that announcements and reconciliations for investment projects are timely, audit-proof, and compliant with tenancy law. Drive the professional and personal development of your staff, fostering a collaborative environment. Continuously monitor existing workflows to identify optimization potential and develop pragmatic, efficient solutions with relevant interfaces. Support the team lead in daily operations and contribute ideas to improve business processes.
Required Qualifications
- Immobilienkaufmann als Gruppenleitung (m/w/d) im Portfoliomanagement
- Abgeschlossene immobilienwirtschaftliche Ausbildung oder vergleichbares Studium/Weiterbildung im selben Bereich
- Empathische und durchsetzungsstarke Art
- Zahlenaffinität
- Analytische und strategische Denkweise
- Routinierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen (vor allem Excel und PowerPoint)
- Fähigkeit, auf Augenhöhe mit unterschiedlichen Bereichen und Personen in den Austausch zu treten und Anliegen professionell zu vertreten
