Job Summary
Conduct administrative and technical property management, including preparing and executing owners' assemblies, authorizing repairs and maintenance, and performing regular site inspections, takeovers, and handovers. Manage the conclusion of service contracts and handle correspondence with owners, legal counsel, committees, authorities, insurers, and external service providers. Leverage expertise in lease and property law to execute complex and routine tasks within the exclusive regional WEG management specialization.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Immobilienkauffrau /-kaufmann oder vergleichbare oder höhere Qualifikation
- Kompetenz im Miet- und Immobilienrecht
