Job Summary
Prepare traffic value, market value, and loan value reports, analyze relevant data, and conduct site visits. Perform location analyses, validate external and internal valuations, and create scientifically grounded reports. Work independently with analytical thinking to recognize and communicate facts in written and oral form. Full-time role with flexible hours and home office options. Located in Berlin with central access.
Required Qualifications
- Studienabschluss
- vorzugsweise Immobilienbewertung, Architektur, Bauingenieur, Geodäsie, Raumplanung, Geographie, BWL oder vergleichbares
- ggf. Zertifizierung nach HypZert, RICS, DIA oder vergleichbar
- Teamgeist
- selbständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise begleitet von analytischem Denken
- die Fähigkeit, Sachverhalte zu erkennen und diese in Wort und Schrift zu bringen
- sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- gerne Fremdsprachenkenntnisse
