Manage and administer property portfolios including rental units and STWEG, while maintaining contact with tenants and owners. Lead and document meetings and owner assemblies, prepare rent and operating cost statements, conduct property viewings and handovers, and coordinate maintenance and renovation work. Requires a completed property management training or equivalent qualification, relevant experience, and expertise in rental and STWEG law. Full-time or part-time schedule (40-80%) available at Martin Bucher Immobilien-Treuhand AG.
