Job Summary
Manage a property portfolio independently by serving as the primary contact for tenants, owners, and partners. Coordinate with caretakers, organize move-in and move-out inspections, and oversee maintenance and renovation projects. Prepare budgets and utility cost statements while ensuring compliance with Swiss rental law. Requires a completed commercial education, certification as a property manager, and strong German language skills. Located in the Zurzach region with flexible start times.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Weiterbildung zur / zum Immobilienbewirtschafterin / Immobilienbewirtschafter
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
- Gutte Kenntnisse im Schweizer Mietrecht
- Muttersprache Deutsch
- Versierte EDV-Kenntnisse
