Job Summary
Immigration Trainee Lawyer at Lexidy (Athens office, Greece) supporting the Immigration Department and collaborating with other departments to handle international mobility-related cases. Responsibilities include organizing and tracking client files and expiry dates (visa deadlines, sponsor license renewals), coordinating with third-party entities, performing day-to-day administrative tasks, researching Immigration Law, executing simple immigration procedures, preparing and filing immigration forms, lead follow-ups, solving day-to-day queries, proofreading and checking documents, conducting technical and practical legal research, assisting with presentations and client updates, obtaining accurate initial information from potential clients, and contributing to business development efforts. Candidates should have 1-2 years of Immigration-related experience, be studying Law or pursuing a Master in Law (preferable Immigration Law), be fluent in English and Greek, and be enthusiastic about digital tools, process automation, and innovation. The role offers flexible working with remote options and opportunities for growth within a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience related to Immigration Legal Processes
- You are studying Law or attending a Master in Law (Preferable Immigration Law)
- Fluent in English and Greek (C1/C2). Other languages are a plus
