Immigration Staff Attorney

Job Summary
Review, draft, and oversee business immigration petitions for corporate, technology, university, and healthcare clients while managing large caseloads independently. Exercise significant legal discretion to research case law, formulate arguments, and monitor H-1B, L-1, PERM, and immigrant visa applications. Maintain strict adherence to client deadlines and professional standards across extensive client contact. Requires a Juris Doctor licensed in Illinois and 1–3 years of experience preparing business immigration applications. Full-time role with direct supervision from Immigration Partners.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor, licensed to practice law in IL and in good standing
- at least 1-3 years of experience preparing business immigration applications and other types of immigration matters

- experience with Immigrant visas including EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3 preference categories
