Job Summary

Manage 100–200+ active employment-based and family-based immigration cases from initiation through final adjudication, coordinating high-volume activities including initial intake, document collection, form preparation, online filings, and RFE response tracking. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, foreign nationals, attorneys, and HR representatives to ensure timely preparation, filing, and accurate status updates while maintaining compliance with immigration regulations. Review petitions prepared by Paralegals, identify issues, and provide basic training and mentoring to support team efficiency. Generate case reports, monitor service level agreements and filing deadlines, and identify opportunities to improve case processing efficiency and service delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of immigration case management, paralegal, or related immigration experience
  • Strong understanding of U.S. immigration processes and government filing requirements
  • Experience managing high-volume caseloads without compromising quality or compliance
  • Experience with drafting petitions for a range of NIV cases: H1B, L, TN, O-1 etc.
  • Experience with drafting green card processes PERM, I-140 and AOS applications
  • Proficiency in electronic case management systems and document management platforms such as INSZoom, Docketwise, LawLogix, Tracker Corp, Envoy Global, Cerenade, and Salesforce-based immigration platforms
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to navigate multiple web-based systems simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment
  • Experience working within online government portals, including: USCIS Online Account, Department of Labor FLAG System, CEAC (Consular Electronic Application Center), E-Verify, SEVIS (if applicable)
  • Advanced proficiency with: Microsoft Excel (tracking, reporting, data validation, pivot tables), Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Document management and workflow systems

Desired Qualifications

  • Paralegal certificate or immigration-related certification
  • Knowledge of PERM labor certification processes and employment-based immigrant visa categories
  • Experience working in a law firm, corporate immigration program, or legal services environment
