Job Summary
Immigration Paralegal in Columbus, OH: Draft, review, and file nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions (including H-1B, L-1, E-1/E-2, O-1, TN, J-1), PERM applications, and adjustment of status; gather facts, review files, maintain client matters and calendars; draft correspondence and status updates; interact with USCIS; perform legal research; strong writing and communication skills; knowledge of immigration procedures; MS Office; experience with INSZoom or Docketwise a plus; ABA-paralegal education required; 5 years of immigration experience preferred; salary $37.18-$40.25/hr equivalent annually; benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate from an ABA approved paralegal program or equivalent experience
- 5 years of employment-based immigration work preferred
