Job Summary
Support attorneys in handling a busy immigration caseload by preparing and filing EOIR/USCIS documents, drafting declarations, cover letters, briefs, and other materials with accuracy; track deadlines and requirements via ECAS and internal systems; communicate with clients to gather documents and provide case updates; organize and maintain case files and evidence; conduct factual and country-conditions research to support filings. Ideal candidate has hands-on EOIR experience, proficient writing, familiarity with immigration forms and filing procedures, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing deadlines; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
