Job Summary
Prepare DS-160 and DS-260 applications and assist clients with scheduling visa interview appointments at U.S. consular posts. Under supervision, file nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions including I-140, H-1B, L-1, and EAD; interface with clients to gather documents and keep them apprised of case progress. Enter and maintain data in the case management system, manage caseloads, track critical deadlines, and run workload reports. Respond to immigration inquiries and attend team meetings. Based in Washington DC, Dallas, or Miami, this hybrid role supports the Senior Manager of Legal Practice Support. Candidates require a bachelor's degree and two to four years of business immigration experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university
- Two to four years of business immigration experience
- Experience with U.S. consular processing
- Experience with preparation of DS-160 and DS-260 applications
- Experience with assisting clients in scheduling visa interview appointments at U.S. consular posts
- Experience with immigrant and non-immigrant petitions and applications
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively interface with all levels of personnel within the organization and with external clients
- Excellent prioritization and time management skill
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment
- Attention to details

- Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines and work overtime as needed
- Based in either our Washington DC, Dallas, or Miami office
