Job Summary
Manage cases from initiation through filing, preparing petitions and supporting documentation for USCIS submissions including H-1B, L-1A, O-1, EB-1, NIW, and PERM Labor Certifications. Maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders while tracking deadlines and proactively addressing potential issues. Ensure accuracy and timeliness across a high-volume caseload by maintaining organized case records in firm systems. Requires three to five years of business immigration experience and a bachelor's degree. This role is integral to delivering the high level of service our clients expect at a well-established law firm in downtown Buffalo.
