Job Summary
Immigration Paralegal role supporting employment-based immigration matters: prepare and coordinate filings and supporting documentation for USCIS, DOL, and DOS; draft correspondence, support letters, forms, and case documentation; communicate with corporate clients, foreign nationals, and government agencies; review materials for submission accuracy; manage active case files, calendars, deadlines, and follow-up; collaborate with attorneys and internal teams; assist with research and document preparation in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Prior paralegal, legal support, or other professional writing-intensive experience preferred
- Immigration experience a plus, but not required
- Strong written communication skills and ability to draft polished, professional documentation
- Exceptional attention to detail, proofreading ability, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Professional communication style with the ability to interact effectively with individuals across varying industries and cultural backgrounds
