Job Summary
Manage a full case load focusing primarily on immigration matters, including evaluating applications to identify category qualifications and researching process requirements. Prepare submission packages for both basic and complex cases for submission to various government agencies. Coordinate the application process and aid with client intake while responding to inquiries to ensure applications are processed and challenges are anticipated. Requires minimum of 3 years' post-call experience with knowledge in Immigration Law and membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
