Job Summary
Implement immigration strategies to deliver on clients' needs and mitigate immigration risks by researching visa office and application type requirements. Prepare initial document lists, application forms, drafts, and filings via government portals for work permits, study permits, temporary resident visas, permanent residence, and citizenship matters independently under lawyer instruction. Manage multiple files from beginning to end while providing regular client updates and staying abreast of changes in immigration law, regulation, and policy. Requires minimum of 2-3 years of Canadian immigration experience in a fast-paced environment.

- experience working on temporary residence matters
- experience with LMIA-based work permit applications
- experience with LMIA-exempt work permit applications
- experience with permanent residence matters
- Express Entry-based PR applications
- PNP applications
- Family Sponsorship applications
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong work ethic
- exceptional problem-solving skills
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- ability to relate to people at all levels
