Job Summary
Manage a high volume caseload from inception to conclusion, handling all aspects of New York family immigration including adjustment of status, citizenship, VAWA, asylum, and removal defense. Serve as a consulting attorney with supervisory experience, leveraging 5+ years of practice in a peer law firm to effectively set priorities and work independently under pressure. Maintain excellent writing and communication skills while meeting strict deadlines. Qualified attorneys will be contacted for further discussion.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience handling all aspects of NY family immigration
- Highly experienced managing client cases which include adjustment of status, citizenship, VAWA, asylum, and removal defense
- Experience in a peer law firm
- Ability to manage a high volume caseload from inception to conclusion
- Consulting attorney with supervisory experience
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Posses excellent time management skill with the ability to set priorities
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- NY Bar with a dual license is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus
