Job Summary

Accurately file client documents in physical and electronic systems, organize file rooms, and identify closed files for storage or destruction. Copy and scan immigration petitions for USCIS filing, prepare FedEx shipping labels, and track packages while resolving delivery exceptions. Assist attorneys and paralegals with research projects, Service Requests, and new matter intakes, including printing documents and creating file folders. Communicate with attorneys regarding project status and findings, sort and distribute mail, and set up secure FTP sites via the IT department. Maintain department supplies and support secretaries with overflow typing and proofreading. This role supports the international labor and employment law practice at Fisher Phillips in Denver.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Possess basic PC skills
  • Ability to use phone system including voicemail and conference calling
  • Ability to use copier
  • Ability to use scanner
  • Ability to use fax
  • Ability to use printer
  • Working knowledge of time entry systems
  • Good clerical skills including typing
  • Good clerical skills including word processing
  • Good clerical skills including mail and contact management
  • Good clerical skills including spreadsheets
  • Good clerical skills including presentations
  • Must be proficient in Outlook
  • Must be proficient in Excel
  • Must be proficient in Adobe

Desired Qualifications
